Employment Court consists of judicial interaction for unemployed offenders but is also open to offenders seeking to better their careers! Some speakers may be present in the court settings. Staff will be working with each participant to administer assessments to match interest and skills. Additionally, they will work with each participant to address barriers to employment as well as resume writing, appropriate dress attire, and conduct mock interviews.
